Is it tablespoons or teaspoons that you take? Thanks would really appreciate clarification on this for a personal guide to what dosage to take 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

    Great Vid, peronally, traveling is very easy, actually easier. I hike a lot also, and lots of day trips. Little baggies of Dates, Dried Figs,? Flax Crackers, Apple, etc…. Grapes or Cherries are a fav while driving. At times I carry a raw bar for the just in case times…

    I also use to bring my huge onw salad in a huge recipient to family’s reunions, dinners….They just get amazed how I eat, even I am criticized, I just smile, and I got that tip from you, Let them “hate”, ok let them give their? opinions, they are not gulty not knowing some of this amazing knoledge, so they just get surprised, But I don’t bother, its their problem not mine…. so keep going =) at the end they ended asking me about my diet, and this is great to educate them

    Ive been wanting to make my body lotion/oil, I read coconut oil is really good for the skin & combine it with msm powder mixed with water & I have to use organic Liquid Lecithin as a emulsifier to combine oil & water soluble ingredients, otherwise they will? seperate & not mix & use maybe use lavender, geranium, orange or lemon essential oils but, I’m not if they will mix & be good together, so I have to look more into it!

    he’s right guys. im pretty? over weight and ive lost about 75 Ibs so far and after a week of taking msm pills, 1, 3 times a day my skin got noticeably tighter, and started glowing and is incredibly soft 🙂
