What do I need to do to recover from my bindge?
Hello, I started my healthy eating program the begging of this week. I did really well, and exercised like made and eat good. Tonight 12. 30 pm. I ate two sandwiches, curry, can of sweet corn, cheeses. I’m being serous. What do I have to do to get back on track? Should I skip breakfast?
No don’t skip breakfast. Tomorrow’s a new day. Eat healthy and exercise. Next time you feel like bingeing, call a friend, go for a walk, take a bath, listen to music, drink herbal tea, or brush your teeth.
