How big do these meals have to be? I know it makes sense that breakfast lunch and dinner are the biggest meals, but are the meals in between as big? Also what are foods that give you more calories, and fats? Thanks. Any ideas on a good eating program?

It means to have some healthy snacks..you eat 3 basic meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and the other three meals could happen once after breakfast, ( before lunch) then one after lunch (afternoon snack) before dinner, then you have dinner, your last big meal a day…then later on at night you get a little hunger…sit down to watch some tv and feel like snacking you can have something small to eat that isn’t unhealthy………..they do not have to be big snackss 😉 Fruits and vegetables definitely give more calories than fatsss….

5-6 small meals making sure that you do not exceed your allotted calorie count for the day which is typically 1200 (or whatever your doctor told you).

They are usually smaller meals and when eaten this way help someone stay on their diet. It can also help maintain blood sugar levels, I think. Check with your doctor for advice.
