What is a good program that I can follow to lose weight and eat healthy?
I’m a male. 25 years old. 5 ft 8 inches. Weigh 175lbs. Basically I want to know how much I shall exercise (jogging) everyday. Is it have to be everyday or should I do it every other day? Once a day or two times a day? And what kind of food should I eat?
Anyway have you followed a program that helped you or is it different with everybody?
4-5 times a week, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
You can walk at 4.0mph at 8% incline and still lose weight.
You can also jump rope.
Losing weight depends more on your diet than working out.
Eat 5-6 healthy meals a day.
Lean meats, Wheat bread, Vegies, fruits, Almond or Skim milk.
Cut out all junk sugars, take some, but completely cut the junk.
