What is a good way to get toned before summer?

I don’t need to lose weight, I just want to tone up my body before summer rolls around. I’m a female, and I’m about 5’6 and I weigh 110 lbs.
I’m just trying to seek out a good work out routine (something I can do at home because I can’t afford a gym membership) and healthy eating habits. Suggestions?

    jumping rope (esp with a weighted rope) you can do anywhere
    sit ups

    You could easily do the following at home: push ups, squats (wall squats), and cardio (sprints). They are all free and a great way to keep toned. However, what you eat is equally important if not more important! Stay away from sweets (sugars) and high fat (fried) foods. Try to eat balanced meals of whole grains, vegetables, and proteins. At 5’6 and 110 you don’t have much to lose, just start eating right and you’ll tone up (don’t worry if you don’t lose weight, you’ll be losing fat).

    I can fully understand your frustration. I have been fightinng weight issues

    all my life, nothing worked all that well for me… yes I would lose weight on

    some, but as soon as I went off their program the weight instantly returned.

    That is until I tried the Diet Solution Program, and I have been having great

    success with it; maybe it will work for you too.
