    Good? question! Many studies have looked at the associations of eating fruit and vegetables with certain health outcomes . A report by the World Health Organization reviewed all the benefits of fruit and veg and found that consuming at least 400g per day was associated with a lower risk of some diseases, including heart disease and some cancers. This is the? equivalent to around 5 portions per day (5×80 g).
