Can you please suggest some healthy eating plans?
i ideally want to lose a stone and a half in weight, but as a minimum i would like to lose 5-6kg, to get to a just-about-bearable weight. please can you suggest some interesting, tasty, healthy-eating plans. please say what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and please suggest any healthy snacks.

I always thinking eating a fairly substantial breaky always sets you up for the day and can help the body from having to pick at things throughout the morning. My Favourites are either Porriage (40grams) or museli (not toasted). These are great sources of grains and protein.
For lunch always rye or wholemeal bread with salad and 100grams of meat.
dinner 200grams of meat and vege or salad.
Mid morning 2 pieces of fruit and arvo tin of tuna or raw veges with low fat dip is always good.
I have been using this website http://www.alfitness.com.au which has heaps of varieties in food plans. I log on every week and try and get a few alternatives for each week so Im not eating the same thing.
Remember you are what you eat.

Salads or Try Slimming World – its cheap and Easy. and its a health diet that accurally works and you dont have to starve yourself and you can still eat 🙂

Its competly free and you can enter all the food you eat to see how nutritional it is or they give you a ‘shopping list’ and give you ideas on what to eat for the week.
You can also chat to others in your situation in their forums and even get some great exercise tips etc – tells you how many calories your burning
You set yourself realistic goals and it helps to keep to them – like drink more water and how to motivate yourself.

I am not sure if this is the kind of thing that you are looking for but this is what has helped me. It’s a website. This is 100% free. You put in how much you are trying to lose, and by when and it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat per day. It will give you a workout routine if you want one and if you don’t it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat without exercise and still lose the weight. Although, keep in mind that exercixe will help it to come off faster. Plus the website offers meal plans too.This is a website that has helped me to lose weight (34 lbs. since Jan. 08).
