    Good tips Rach… …
    Good tips Rach…Meal? planning is so crucial, especially for any long term success with losing weight and getting healthy. I recently tried going vegetarian, but due to lack of planning it didn’t work out for too long.

    I like your point about making sure you don’t go to the store and shop for food while you are hungry. However, we’ve all done that I’m sure a few times :).

    potatoes are …
    potatoes are healthy!!!! Yes they are starchy so moderation is key but a baked potato never made anyone fat and? esp with the skin on they are full of vitamins. Yum….(sweet potatoes are healthier but regular potatoes get a bad reputation for no real reason.)

    Another great idea? …
    Another great idea? is to buy the in season fruits and freeze them. I pre cut strawberries and then freeze them before they can get bad and thaw a small package that’s good for a few days. Freezing stuff is soo helpful in not only saving money but saving time!

    RachhLoves, So potatoes isn’t fattening and actually good for you? I’m trying to lose weight so that’s? why I asked and I love potatoes and try not to eat them since I am trying to lose weight. Also, is Dirty Rice the same as brown rice??? Thanks!!!

    hey, I have same problems, I think after making them, you can put them in the fridge, the place that you store ice and frozen meat.? So that anytime you need to eat, you have to heat it up again 🙂

    I’m the same way so I put my meals in tuppawear? containers so the meal sizes are predetermined…maybe that would help you as well?

    I liked everything …
    I liked everything you said except for the whole thing about cooking in large amounts. For me that doesn’t work because then I tend to eat way more than I should be eating at one meal. If I? cook only what I’ll eat right there, there’s no chance of my overeating. But that might be more of a big deal for some people than others.
