the trick is to eat as much protein as possible. and to avoid eating too much? sugar. because sugar later turns into fat and nobody wants that to happen.

    you should avoid …
you should avoid heavy things . fried stuff ect. veggies are the best from the oven. meat again should be poached or cooked in the oven. chicken and turney are the best. if you want to gain weight in muscles you should eat rice and chicken 2 hours before workouts, preferably hit the gym and just sweat your ass? off for 2 hours, then come home eat something that includes a lot of proteins and just a piece of chocolate cause its good for ya

    if you exercise …
if you exercise you? must eat properly. Do not cut the carbs and fats all at once! Fat is fuel for exercise. You should have a big lunch instead of a big dinner…

    You work in the …
You work in the middle of London and you’re skint!? I don’t believe? it! Hey, take food with you. I got one of those hand held blenders from Tesco a few days ago and already I’ve had two whole broccolis and 200g of spinach as a soup… with salt and pepper and some herbs… but no carbs. I didn’t blend the spinach – just let it wilt in. Nom Nom (only tasty when hot though///)

    Cereal, whilst …
Cereal, whilst being tasty and filling, is rather bad for you. So much added sugar and salt. If I were to give non-medically endorsed advice, I’d say to avoid that. And avoid high amounts of sugar (e.g. fruit) in the morning. It’ll? only lead to a crash later in the day.

    EPIC EDITING!!!? ^_ …
EPIC EDITING!!!? ^_^ Worth a 3,14, by far. [; Miso and banana, the thought tasted like a weird mix. SO gonna try this now; slice a banana, and put it into a bowl with miso soup. You actually pronounced pizza the same way as the british way, when repeating it… Frozen grapes and/or frozen raspberries are great treats. (Good desert-option) Pwowd of you too
