    You’re exactly right. When it comes to fats and oils you have to choose healthy fats and oils. I stay away from saturated fats and processed oils like margarine. These have adverse effects on the body.? Instead, I try to get plenty healthy fats by eating salmon, using coconut oil, and taking cod liver oil. These are loaded with omega fatty acids and work wonders for your beauty and your health. Thanks for your feedback : )

    love your chanel! but i have one small problem. question 3: “should you limit fats and oils if you want to loose weight?” the answer should be NO! 🙂 though you were absolutely right to suggest limiting unhealthy fats from our diet, it is also very important to note that fats like, omega 3, are essential to the absorption of nutrients into the body.? 🙂 for example, is it healthier to eat a salad with or with-ought salad dressing? with! because the oils will help absorb the nutrients. 😉

    I got them all right! I better…my dad is a nutritionist! LOL But you are so right and I’m SO glad u mentioned how harmful articial sweeteners are! Many ppl don’t understand just how toxic they are. I recently lost 85 lbs by? controlling my portions, eating more often, eating the right foods, drinking more water, fruits & veggies, & working out daily for 30 mins. But I competely cut out the sugar & salt. On my way to get some agave nectar! I swear by coconut oil! 🙂
