Should you stop a healthy eating plan when you’ve lost all your weight ?

If you lose weight by changing your lifestyle and just eating healthier( not dieting ) should you increase the amount of healthy foods you eat or keep your healthy eating plan the same as when you were losing weight ?

If you’ve reached your ideal weight and don’t want to lose any more, you could just eat slightly bigger portions of healthy food until your weight stabilizes.

But really, almost nobody is underweight these days, and there is evidence that underweight people age slower and live longer, so keeping to your "healthy eating plan" is probably not a bad idea.
