    really not much. I’m not buying that one again. over time it seems i am disliking it. Chocolate is my fave. what you could try with the tropical? is to add cinnamon, a banana and some real strawberries. That was the best tasting to me. A little pure cocoa to break up that strawberry helps too.

    do u notice that the tropical also doesn’t yield as much drink? when i first mixed it, I was like, that’s it???

    Do you ever find yourself getting? hungry after 6pm? I read that not eating after 6pm is what majority of the celebrities do to maintain their lean bodies. Also, I really like the my fitness pal app but after a few days I forget to log my meals 🙁
