    HI
    I want to lose weight and gain muscle. I workout Mon, Wen, Fri and Sunday. My recovery/cardio days are just the opposite, Tues, Thurs, Sat. So i workout one day and recover the next. I have looked up so many things about carb cycling, i know what foods to eat i just need to know when. I have seen things like 3 low and 1 high or 5 low? and 2 high BUT if you hve to workout on high days then that gives me 1 or 2 days to workout im so lost! Do i still workout the same days and when do i eat carbs
