Dlo25- Try using a whey protein or recovery bar? they help muscle recovery. Also getting into a cold bath for 10 minutes after your workout will ease the soreness. The cold water helps the swelling better than hot water. Hope this helps!

How long should my soreness last? Should I wait till I am not sore to begin working out those specific muscles or should I work out the soreness and lift through the pain? There seems to be? a lot of conflicting advice around with regards to heavy weight/low reps and light weight/isolation with biceps/triceps training – the only constant being that you need to shock the muscles. How do you personally achieve this? Also, as well as size, you have great definition – what in your opinion is the best method of cardio for fat loss, and at what intensity/duration and for how many? sessions per week?
