Bah! This is an awesome idea why didn’t I think of this before? I’m eating the same things everyday, this can help me eat different things on certain? days and have a variety in my diet.

I’m doing this right now… I could have like Chicken Broccoli with brown rice for dinner on Fri-Sun, and I can plan out the different healthy foods on the other days.

Thank you so much…this is helpful.

what about canned goods? and things in the refrigerator? also, what about breakfasts, lunches, etc?.. looks like on your calendar it was only listing dinners and you only covered organizing stuff that’s in the freezer.

i get the general idea of what you’re saying & i will start implementing some of what i’ve learned. i guess? i am just one of those anal people. lol

anyway, thank you for your video. 🙂 lots of good ideas.

You go girl. Very thorough. Eerily similar to the way I do mine – I just open up a text file on? the computer… write what’s for the week – and change the black text to grey as the week progresses. No paper clutter – I have enough for five people already. :O).
