    The simplest way …
    The simplest way for me? is: 2 meals
    1st: 12am-1pm (lunch)
    2nd: 7pm-8pm (dinner)
    workouts should be before 1st meal or in between and with a PWO protein+bcaa shake.
    You must eat carbs after workouts! But less carbs if not working out! Once every week make a carb load after a workout.
    This is easy to maintain and extreme effective.
