    Doesn’t? sound very good, as long as you put healthy foods in your body and excersize to build muscle you will get tight and lean. More muscle = body burns more even if you aint doing nothing. If you don’t give those muscles the food they need they will not grown and your training will not build a machine that will consume alot but you are starving yourself. IF regular eating patterns return your body will store that food in fat because no muscles are there to consume it. Jojo effect

    good question! My new stomach is so small by design, that I must? focus on eating my protein first. I have veggies on occasion, but rarely have fruit.

    I haven’t played …
    I haven’t played with the wii fit in a long time! but I think a 20 or? 30 minute workout was good for 2 or 300 calories…depending on what I was doing

    i heard about the 800 calorie diet..but is this really effective?some say it would make ur metabolism shot down,they? say u can lose weight buy this but beacause ur meatbolism is slow u can easily gain back the weight… Yesterday i tried this diet.. And i felt really really hungry and weak.. I ate yogurt as my meal and apple and banana for my snack …

    One of the things I love about being? post-op is trying all new recipes. I can actually cook scallops! I also love all kinds of marinates. I also eat about 600-800 a day and exercise avg 3hrs a day but I’m only 4 months out. I’ve lost 75 in 4 months but feel like I’m behind everyone.

    geez and Im struggling to keep to 1500 calories a day. I have not got any weight loss surgery yet, been on a? waiting list almost two years. Seeing a dietitian and 1500 cals was suggested, finding it really hard. I hate being so big but I also hate feeling deprived and look forward to having a lapband. Watching your videos gives me hope
