The primary problem …
The primary problem I have is that I hate cooking and I have no imagination when it comes to prepare food. I rather just have the same meals over and over again with maybe I few changes from time to time. And I have a problem with plans as all I want is a quick meal that ends hunger I dont care for what stills the hungers. So a plan would be the simplets fastest and healtiest meals.

this would be good in your in desperate need of a good diet scott always comes through…but people its really simpler then it seems eat three square meals a day(NOT FROM MCDONALDS!) avoid snacking throughout the day drink PLENTY of water and take a multi vitamin if youd like

I will say this, I have been to Sparks and it is DIFFINENTLY NOT the same thing. There is no way that you can get a complete and balanced meal like that on your own. If you want to do all of the work to research what all is in a certain food, then try and get all of your other foods incorporated into your day with all that you need
in it then go for it! It would take me weeks if not months to do that.
I am so glad that VitaBot has done the work for me so I can get on with it NOW! The only thing I have to adjust is the salt. I look to see how high the salt is in the day meal plan, then I just compensated for that by not adding any table salt (sea salt) to my meals.
I also saw this at another site and it is much cheaper with Scott. Think about it, if you were to pay a trainer and nutritionist to help get you were you need to be and not loose any nutrients in your daily meals, you would have to pay BIG bucks!!
