    This is hands down …
    This is hands down the best video that I have EVER seen? about food choices and what to eat. A lot of times when people say they lost weight or are following a plan they say “I eat healthy”…you were very specific–Thank you-this is extremely helpful!!!!

    Yeah Rice milk isn’t bad either. I just don’t like that it’s so watery. Almond milk is another good option? too, it’s a little sweeter.
