What is a ideal daily 3000 calorie meal plan?

So i was wondering how to gain weight like which types of food would help a person to gain weight. Right now I’m 145 and i would like to gain 35 pounds in like three months is it possible and if not what type of meal plan would I need to have?

Well – if you want to gain blubber, eat lots of sugar and junk like cereal and rice and potatoes. If you want to gain muscle and bone, eat Atkins – that’s meat, eggs, cheese, nuts and green salad.
