What is the perfect meal plan for humans?

Not a meal plan to loose weight or gain muscle. Just the perfect meal plan for someone of the age of 15 who wants to live healthfully. I run for around 45 minutes regularly and as a result am lean and fit, however never know just what to eat. I want a meal that is natural, simple and good for me.

I’ll give you something to check out, although it’s not for the faint of heart. It’s based on the original diet God gave to mankind in Genesis 1:29, basically fruit and vegetables, mostly raw.

Why would someone eat like this? Many have seen serious physical conditions such as cancer just go away after making such a radical change. Others find lots of side benefits, such as just feeling better, more energy, don’t need to use deodorant any more…

If you find the whole program a bit much, parts of it may be all you’d want to consider at the moment. If you try it, be sure to read the recommendations for younger people, because the requirements change a bit for growing bodies.

Have fun…

Oatmeal, complex carbohydrates (brown rice, brown bread, brown pasta), fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds/grains, eggs, yogurt, dried fruits, olive oil, soya, lean meats…

Basically, complex carbs, fruits & veg, healthy fats, protein, vitamins, minerals, without added crap like sugar, saturates, and salt. Not cool. 😛
