What to have for dinner with my meal plan?

Based off my other meals, what should i have with my side salad for dinner (no meat!!) and very very easy to prepare, something that i can take on the go, and will last in my bag most of the day. And something healthy!!

This is my daily meal plan:
Breakfast- Orange juice and oatmeal with diced apples in it.

Lunch- A Cesar salad with light Cesar dressing and a small chocolate milk.

Dinner- White milk, A side salad (and something else)

Boiled chicken with some seasoning or salmon or some kind of fish with a veggie

    I’m thinking a nice roll, or crescent roll!!! Whole grain, carbohydrates, and will last for several days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can usually buy a 6-pack at the local grocery store’s deli (already made) for like $2!!!
