What is the best meal plan if your trying to lose weight. And tips on how not to cheat on your diet?

i can’t give you a tailored meal plan, but i can give you some tips.
Suger turns into fat. High fructose corn syrup stores fat, and white food (think potatos, white bread, white rice) have carbs that turn into sugar, that turn into fat.
MMy advice? cut out sodas or sweet drinks, but do allow yourself a sweet snack every once in a while.
Cut out white stuff, and try to avoid high fructose corn syrup.
Excerise reguarly.
Eat breakfast everyday, and have a healthy cereal. I recommend Raisin Bran or Special K. Something healthy, not full of sugar and marshmallows.
Also, if you’re not vegetarian, incorporating chicken into your meals as opposed to other meats because chicken has protein and it makes you feel fuller faster. So, maybe like a grilled chicken salad?
And avoid fried foods. Obviously.
I actually think that following this is enough to make ANYBODY reach a desired weight.
IF you’re lookig to be healthy as well, I’d think about pursuing a vegetarian diet if you aren’t already one because meat DOES contribute to a lot of health issues, including weight problems. I only said chicken would be good because of it’s protein factor which can be found in several non-eat products.

That’s qualiy information and not hard to follow.
Low-carb and low-sugar can produce significant results but the diet has to be right for you. There’s no sense starting out on a diet that you will eventually drop within a few weeks. Look for something long-term!

I lost 80lbs and my husband lost 80lbs also following paleo/primal diet. Although it has turned into a lifestyle now, not just a diet. I can never go back! It was EASY EASY EASY to lose the weight and we both have kept it off for a year and a half so far. It might seem a little restrictive at first but trust me the food is SO good that you won’t miss anything. Also let yourself cheat occasionally, its ok. It actually will help boost your metabolism and prevent you from plateauing in your weight loss. After a few weeks of eating this way, it made me sick to eat anything bad though so it almost takes care of itself. Your body will readjust to being healthy and let you know when you eat something it doesn’t like. You will feel it and not want to cheat anymore! The first link is an awesome website all about the paleo/primal way of eating and if you don’t like that one try tim ferriss slow carb diet. That one is more of a ‘diet’ with a meal plan and one cheat day a week. BOTH of those diets work and work well I am proof of that!
