does anyone have ideas on different kinds of liquid diet?

i have already lost a little weight but need to lose a couple of pounds more. does anyone know of any liquid diet recipes? like broth, the lemon juice and red pepper ( need recipe for this). please do not answer with slimfast, nutrisystem, ect. i dont want to buy anything online just want something i can do at home and is fairly easy. please help.

I am not a very good cook, but I would like to expand my diet. Any easy recipes or resources to find good recipes would be great.
I am open to anything 🙂 has lots of recipes – from easy to a little more difficult. Don’t forget you don’t have to use their namebrands for ingredients. also has lots of recipes. It’s the Better Homes & Gardens website.

Or go to your local library and check out a cookbook or 2 or 3. Once you find one you really like, go to the bookstore and buy the book so you’ll always have it for reference.

How do I lose weight when i’m not good at healthy eating?

I really want to and need to lose weight, but i’m rubbish at healthy eating. I start off good but then I start craving fast food & chocolate and give in. My friends always eat unhealthy food so I can’t stick to my diet when eating with them because I start craving that sort of food again. Please help!! (By the way, I HATE lettuce)

jog about 30 minutes a day and there is this weight loss earring that really workes called aurislim worn by mariah carey and christina aguillera, just google it.

also, as much as possible, eat only about 1500 calories a day and dont go beyond.

with that i guarantee weightloss.

Has any one done the Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet?

If so how do you preparer it and what else can you eat while your in these diet???

The lemonade diet recipe detail is here:
• 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.
• 2 tablespoons of grade B Maple Syrup.
• Add cayenne pepper according to your preference
• A glass of pure water.

I did the master cleanse diet for 7 days. First I suggest you get the book "The Master Cleanse" by Stanley Burroughs. It’s very cheap on Amazon or,especially if you buy it used.

The book contains all the reasons for being on this diet, how to make the drink, and (very important) how to break the fast when you go back to solid food.

You will have to listen to your body and decide how closely to follow Burrough’s suggestions. He recommends eating NO food at all during this fast. Instead drink 6 to 12 glasses of the lemonade each day, and most likely you will not feel hunger at all.

Combine 2 tbsp of fresh lemon (I was a fanatic & added lemon pulp from the lemon) with the other ingredeints you mentioned. The water should be warm (Burroughs calls it medium hot). Cayenne can be up to 1/10 of a tspn. I used even less.

For the 7 days I was on the cleanse, I felt fine and didn’t get hungry. If you don’t want to fast competely, my suggestion is to stick to raw veggies & fruit. Keep bacon cheeseburgers to a minimum =)

dont go on any stupid diet!eat 5 small healthy meals a day and do cardio & toning exercises in moderation 5 days weekly..make it your lifestyle permanently so that all the excess weight that you lose never comes back…drink enough water

prom is coming up and i want to really drop weight. like fast too. i just want tips and diets and ideas from other people. i want to really be slim, throwing up diets are a heck no! and no mean comments i dont care about your dumb mean comments. star to the best tips & diets!

1 no carbs and NEVER junk food or snacks
2 graze (eat almost constantly) negative calorie foods like carrots cucumber and luttuce to keep ur motabolism going
3 exercise at least 1 hour a day if your serious you should do jogging/running
4 dont eat above 1500 calories and b sure to burn off 500, and closer to the prom like 3 days before lower it to 1200-1000
5 buy a dress a size smaller that you want to fit into this will motivate you as you will know if you dont exercise and diet you will have nothing to wear
This isnt a long term plan…

does this meal plan really work for people to lose weight?

The meal plan of eating dinner at breakfast lunch as lunch and eating breakfast at dinner time, does this really help to burn fat and help lose weight? I have school so i dont eat for about 5 hours from breakfast to lunch so will this diet help me stay full and help me lose weight!??

Meal plan to stay full & lose weight is: your breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day and your dinner, the lightest. So, the answer to your question depends on what you usually have for breakfast & dinner.

If you usually have light breakfast & heavy dinner, then, yes, replacing your breakfast with dinner & dinner with breakfast will help you to stay full and lose weight. But, if you are already having heavy breakfast and light dinner, then, you’ll have to change the type of food you eat. Whatever you eat, make sure its healthy (like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, lean meat, eggs).
