What are some good ideas for following a new alkaline diet plan?

Due to fatigue and constipation, I recently started a new alkaline diet plan. I am having trouble planning meals and figuring out which foods I should eat and which ones to avoid with this new diet. If I am changing my life with the alkaline diet plan, I want to be sure to do it right. I need suggestions and tips to stay on track with my diet.

An alkaline diet can be very tricky and confusing until you get on track. Salad is always a good idea for this diet. Try to find dark leafy greens to add to your salad rather than iceburg lettuce. Iceburg lettuce does not have as high of a nutrient content. Furthermore, try some fresh fruit with your salad or as a snack. Fruits are a great choice for a high alkaline diet, as they are high in fiber. Fiber rich foods will help with your constipation.

In order to keep acid levels down in vegetables, be sure to not overcook them. High alkaline foods are better when eaten raw or steamed. If you overcook the food, it could turn acidy. Next suggestion is to limit you amount of sugar and flour. This includes avoiding or limiting breads, pastas, rice, bread, and noodles. Also it is a good idea to avoid dairy products when possible. Dairy products can cause extra acid in the body. Finally, it is important to avoid sugary drinks such as soda. When possible drink water or a healthy green tea. Good luck with the new diet.

What is the difference between Phentermine diet pills and Phenobestin diet pills?

I am overweight a lot and eat heathy and excercise but need help of diet pills and will go to the doctor to ask. I want to lose 40 pounds in one or two months or even weeks if possible . Is Phenobestin or Phentermine better. How much weight does the average person lose on these pills?

Phenylethylamine as its primary ingredient which "has pharmacological properties similar to those of amphetamine."
Theobromine Anhydrous. – acts like caffeine.
Yohimbine -used for erectile dysfunction, can cause headaches, dizziness.

I’m a cheerleader and all the cheer leaders have to go on a diet, but my coach didn’t say on what diet’ so i need to know what might be some good foods to eat while on my diet. Smoothies , Recipes for diets any thing would help!:)

I’m going on a diet and will be doing an exercise plan along with my diet. Has anyone had success with a certain weight loss pill like Hydroxycut or something? I’m just looking for something that is supplemental because my main plan is diet and exercise but I’m looking for something that will give me another little boost. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You don’t need diet pill as long as you exercise daily. Exercise alone will make you lose weight.

My diet is inconsistent and i have a very hard time keeping my sweet tooth cravings under control.

I’ve been where you are. Its tough to stick to diet/eating healthy. For me, I found that I do better when I am on a structured program. Unfortunately most of these you pay to join, its good and bad though, because when you pay for something you will stick to it because you don’t want to have wasted your money. Anyways, the diet I like is called Medifast. You’ve probably heard of it, its pretty popular. I have some of their coupons on my blog if you wanna check it out.

I know fresh food like fruits and vegies are good for a healthy diet but I can’t go to the shop at least twice a week in order to get that stuff fresh. How can I plan a diet to last a fortnight? I’m tempted to do those meal replacement diets with shakes and soups just because they’re cheap and convenient.

I would recommend a program that generates a menu for you to buy things off the grocery store and not to worry about calories and carbs… something simple.

I have tried this system (which is cheap and not some big and expensive diet stuffs) and has worked for me and my friends. Hence I have created a website to help people who, like me, likes a healthy diet program but still able to eat.

What is a good way to get toned before summer?

I don’t need to lose weight, I just want to tone up my body before summer rolls around. I’m a female, and I’m about 5’6 and I weigh 110 lbs.

I am starting a three day diet plan and it says that after dinner to eat 1 cup of regular vanilla ice cream after dinner. Is it part of the diet? Or is it just for those who want to eat dessert? In most diets they don’t include ice cream . .

Just follow the diet as it states….they put it there for a reason. I am on a dietician controlled weight loss diet, and she has me eating ice cream too. 1/2 cup.
