Has anyone tried the eating program from "How The Rich Get Thin" ?

I am reading this book by Dr. Jana Klauer M.D and I am wondering if anyone has tried her eating program before?
I am wanting to improve my eating, lose a few pounds and honestly look great.
If you have lost weight and feel better which program did you use?

that guy with that link really needs to shut up. Dont get fooled into thinking these celeb fitness diets work, they only work cause they dont eat lol. To get the best results, eat healthy and excercise 🙂

Oh sorry forgot to say, i went on weight watchers and lost 2 stone 🙂

Hey guys! I’m Katy, and I’m trying to get into great shape.
I am already in an okay-shape, I’m 114 lbs, mostly muscle, not much fat. I want to get fitter though! This is the goal!

I can run 6,2 miles, but I want to be able to run more. I really want to work on toning every muscle in my body but focusing mostly on the hands, stomach and butt.

I was wondering if you could help me with making some kind of eating and exercise program?
How often do I have to exercise? what should I eat? what should I stay away from eating? how much should I eat?
are there any proteins or something like that that are good for what I am trying to achieve?
What exercise are important for me to do, and how often should I do them?
Would it be better for me to get a personal trainer? (I know it probably would be better, but where I live it’s quite hard to get one, and they cost a lot!)

Well, Katy, you’re in luck: I’m a personal trainer and I work for free (just email me…see my profile). I would be interested to know what you mean by toning your "hands". This is not a muscle group for you to tone. Do you mean you want to increase your grip strength or…?

I would also like to know your current diet/exercise regimen.

I’m tired of reading all of these false diets and false weight loss tips that are NOT ideal for real people. Real people have jobs, not enough time to workout, and cannot spend money on all of these phony fad diets. I lost over 21 pounds and am still losing without dieting. I started focusing on losing weight last year a little before September of 2011. It took a few months to get into a fully focused mode. When I focused I lost the weight! I didn’t gain weight because I was eating bad. When I moved to New York it became extremely difficult to work out because the lifestyle is so different here as opposed to L.A where I hike everyday. I didn’t do it with a diet or pills and I was able to keep my curves. It’s been a fun transformation for me. I had a “make under” 6 weeks ago, a breast reduction. I haven’t been able to work out, because of it I had to learn to adjust my eating to maintain the weight I have lost which is what motivated me to share my journey in these wight loss blogs.

This first blog I discuss protein shakes, bars, cooking and the unfortunate Hollywood pressure many women suffer which makes them want to get skinny or alter their bodies to fit in.

Get healthy not skinny!

I have also added a few before and after pics. I know those are always helpful.

Dan and I have been huge fans of the EpicMealTime YouTube channel for a while now. We love their videos…but unfortunately, we can’t eat bacon covered chocolate cake or any of the other food they cook.

So we decided to make a parody of Epic Meal Time…showing how we make our meals using the Zero Willpower Eating System.


This video is meant to be dramatized and funny…but this is actually how we cook every week in the Six Pack Shortcuts system! It works like this:

— Cook a week’s worth of healthy meals in advance (takes only 60 min including cleaning if you’ve got the system down)
