what are some dieting tips for teenage girls to lose weight FAST?

prom is coming up and i want to really drop weight. like fast too. i just want tips and diets and ideas from other people. i want to really be slim, throwing up diets are a heck no! and no mean comments i dont care about your dumb mean comments. star to the best tips & diets!

1 no carbs and NEVER junk food or snacks
2 graze (eat almost constantly) negative calorie foods like carrots cucumber and luttuce to keep ur motabolism going
3 exercise at least 1 hour a day if your serious you should do jogging/running
4 dont eat above 1500 calories and b sure to burn off 500, and closer to the prom like 3 days before lower it to 1200-1000
5 buy a dress a size smaller that you want to fit into this will motivate you as you will know if you dont exercise and diet you will have nothing to wear

How can I gain weight and still remain healthy?

I’m 5’5 and 115 pounds. I would like to gain about 15 pounds. However I like to eat somewhat healthy. I eat quite a bit of junk food but I still eat at least one healthy meal a day. I take in A LOT of calories but I don’t gain any weight. My mom eats like a bird and she’s over weight.

I actually had the same problem. I’m 24 and I still have trouble gaining weight. I work out all the time to gain muscle mass, but my natural metabolism is so high that it is hard for me to gain muscle mass. The solution to my problem was to take in about 6,000 calories a day, but to do that you would either have to eat very unhealthy foods or stuff yourself every time you eat healthy foods. That was getting way too expensive for me because I was eating about 5 huge meals a day which was costing me about $200 a week in groceries. I went to GNC to see if they had any solutions for me and they had a powder shake mix that has 2,000 calories a scoop and it was filled with vitamins and protein also. Perfect for weight gaining the healthy way. So instead of eating so much food and spending all that money at the grocery store I just buy a jug of Weight Gain powder at GNC about twice a month and I have seen phenomenal results. I have gained about 25lbs. of muscle since I started taking it. Just remember that when you are taking in that many calories it is essential that you keep a very vigorous workout routine, otherwise you are bound to put on a little chub.

Before I started taking the calorie supplement I was stuck at about 165 lbs. and spending way too much money on groceries with no results. When I got on the supplement it took me about 3 months to get up to around 190lbs. And with my workout routine it was all Muscle. I’m very happy with the results!

Any exercise routines? Any pills? Any drinks? Any diets? Recipes? Things that work for overweight females.

Errrr. I went from 160 to 120. First step was incorporating exercise into my routine. Just exercise alone I dropped from 160 to 140, without changing diet. I actually recommend this because it gets you into the habit of exercising. Exercise = LIFT HEAVY. A few days of cardio and a few days of weight training. You won’t bulk up (went from size 14 to size 10). Moves included rows, pushups, bicycle crunches, supermans, deadlifts, squats, lunges. 3 sets of 8-12. I LOVE STEP. Low impact, can be low or high intensity. I took classes at my college gym (loved it so much I became an instructor), but you can get routines from youtube for free.

To lose the last 20 lbs (down to a size 6), eat clean. Lots of veggies, saved junk food for once a week treats, only whole grains, snack on fruit and nuts and seeds. Watched portion sizes. I couldn’t do the eat multiple times a day thing, it was easier to eat three squares. No soda (I used to not care, but now I HATE soda, only drink it when I get the vapors…yea, I get the vapors once in a while, like twice a year…I love that I get such an old, funny ailment). If I want to change up the drinking water thing, drink tea of very diluted juice. Only eat junk food you make at home (so…I learned how to bake. If you need recipes, check out food.com and read the reviews. When making donut holes, fry on LOW temp, not on french fry temp). Splurge once a week.

I’m not saying that I didn’t eat cleanly when I was exercising, but I started to pay attention to portion sizes. I pretty much ate good food, but A LOT of it. If you’re hungry, drink tea. I tend to eat only when I’m hungry now, so sometimes I’ll eat 4 times a day, other times once a day…LISTEN to your body.

I’m still looking for good ways to get into shape, and that includes dieting. Please help me I need to make the softball team.

i’ve heard of a few diets where you eat nothing but apples for 3 days does that work? and not just that like what other diets would you suggest that helps me lose weight fast? i want to lose 30 poounds by september. No fancy stuff please.

First thing to do is to have a daily exercise.
Any kind of exercise will do. Then make a good food plan. Choose those foods that are advisable and the right time to eat them. Then drink lots of water.
For the meals

Eat healthy: eat 3 whole meals a day. For your meals, you want something healthy and that fills you up so that you don’t get hungry again for a long time.

You need to also make healthy choices like eating whole wheat bread or whole grain bread instead of white bread and brown rice instead of white rice. Cut all junk food. They are bad for you and cause weight gain fast.

Cut fast food as well! If you get hungry in between your 3 meals, eat a piece of fruit/vegetable, low-fat yogurt, skim milk, or fruit juice.

They are all good and healthy and will burn fat. As well as eating healthy, combine with exercise and you will lose the weight healthfully and easily. Diets don’t work in the long run. When you consume too little, or deprive yourself of certain foods, you are also not getting the essential nutrients. That’s why everyone gain the weight back and more in diets.

Diet’s are a plan for fail. Instead, just focus on eating healthy.

You will feel better, look better, and perform better. Opt for a healthy lifestyle, not a fad diet. that’s how you lose weight and keep it off for good.
For the exercise, don’t overdo yourself. Just walking, jogging for 1 hour each day will be more than enough. Remember to rest for 1 day of the week.

BREAK IT DOWN throughout the day. Nobody said you have to get it all done in one shot, just do some after you wake up, some in the afternoon maybe, and sometime before or after dinner. It’s more manageable that way.

Walking, jogging, running or swimming are aerobic/cardio exercises and they burn the most calories and fat.
They will make you strengthen or build your muscle and keep you burning more calories and fat.
eat healthy and exercise is the golden rule of losing weight.

How can I get yummy low cal food for my overweight kid who loves pizzas noodle and the like?

My older kid is crazy about junk food. Earlier he would happily eat chapati and vegetables, but as he is growing up he is giving away healthy food and moving towards the junk food. He simply refuses to eat when i insist on healthy eating. How can I solve this problem? He already 20 kgs overweight.

have you ever seen cook yourself thin ? Its a programme on at the moment where they give people who are over weight alternatives on there faviourte meals, generally they are the unhealthy options like chocolate and takeaways and things like that. And they either do the same meal but a a healthier version or give a alternative which is just and tasty but is lower in fat and calories.

What diet pills will help me lose weight quickly and efficiently?

Hi,

I am trying to look somewhat slimmer for school, but even though I’ve been dieting I haven’t lost very much weight. Has anybody tried any diet pills that work quickly and efficiently?

Ok let me just let u know. Diet pills or easy to do home work outs do NOT work good at all. Only reason why on t.v. people are trying to sell these so called miracle pills that will make u lose weight for good w/ out doing nothin is because "easy to do" advertises better than hard work exersice.

If u want to lose weight and slim up, u have to put in the effort. You need to eat right, exersice and if ur in sports, make sure u rest. To eat right, put away the chips and dip, and start eating more fruits and vegeis.

Now that doesn’t mean eat more food, u need to replace the junk food w/ healthier meals.

Now, to make sure u lose weight, u need to burn more calories than u consume. About 2000 calories a day is good place to eat around.

Running is probably the most popular way to exersice, but it may eventually get boring. so try and make ur work out fun. Join sports, play tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, with ur freinds and just have fun.

What is the best meal plan if your trying to lose weight. And tips on how not to cheat on your diet?

Baked bean diet every meal containing pure baked beans!! I lost 4stone within a few months!!! Font eat junk food!! If u wanna cheat buy the low fat stuff eg mayonnaise (full fat) exchange for mayonnaise (low fat) or CUT OUT THE MAYONAISE OR ANY UNNESESARY FOOD!! good luck xxx

I’m a 16 year old girl and i’m 5’0 and i think I weigh like 135 or somewhere around there.But other then that I was wondering what are some ways I can get into a better eating habit.I eat some junk food but not alot and I was wondering what are some tips to stay in a healthy eating habit.

Oh and what are some really good effective ways to tone my body because I have wanted to do it again but have been to lazy to do it
