I hear Apidexin is good, but I dont know….Some say Hydroxy Cut,
but others say it isnt…….ANy help with this

I want to lose from 20-25 pounds. I had planned to do this at the end of the summer. Got distracted and can’t remember which weight loss plans I had found. Would like suggestions from any Yahoo people.

Criteria of a Good Weight Loss Program:

If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health. The following are some of the criteria of a good weight loss program.

• Without using any diet pills or supplements. Although a few type of diet pills have been approved by FDA but there were cases at a point in time, the FDA have approved a drug that is certified safe for the public but later recalls it back when there is a new finding that the drug is not safe in the long term.

• The weight loss program is affordable by all and don’t need to pay a monthly fees to use it. In contrast to diet pills regime where you need to buy it on a regular basis and the amount of lose weight will reversed back once you stop consuming it.

• The weight loss program must prove to be effective in the short and long-term, without need to endure starvation and without any daily athletic workout. (But taking a light exercise every few days is highly recommended).

Since 2005 I have tried reducing my weight using most of the so-called popular weight loss program from the internet but with no avail until I meet the weight loss program that’s finally worked for me with all the above criteria. I’m confident that it will work for you too.

How long do you need to be on the Adkins diet before your metabolism responds?

I have been on this diet for 2 weeks and have already lost 8lbs. But my metabolism has come to a complete hault. Are there any foods that I can have to help without going off of my diet?

A quick fix to the halt, would be to to increase your exercise to speed up your cardiovascular system. That way your metabolism will increase, and you will continue to lose weight on your diet.

How do I lose weight when i’m not good at healthy eating?

I really want to and need to lose weight, but i’m rubbish at healthy eating. I start off good but then I start craving fast food & chocolate and give in. My friends always eat unhealthy food so I can’t stick to my diet when eating with them because I start craving that sort of food again. Please help!! (By the way, I HATE lettuce)

jog about 30 minutes a day and there is this weight loss earring that really workes called aurislim worn by mariah carey and christina aguillera, just google it.

also, as much as possible, eat only about 1500 calories a day and dont go beyond.

with that i guarantee weightloss.

How or why are many of the people I have seen who have had weight loss surgery still fat years later?

My insurance through my employer now pays for one weight loss surgery per lifetime. As a result many of my co workers have had the procedure. However many of them are still overweight. I don’t want to have this procedure if its not going to help me lose some of the pounds so that exercise/physical activity is not so much of a chore. Please help.

Because the weight loss surgery does not retrain your brain and body how to eat healthy. That is the first step in losing weight.

Many people think that the surgery is a permanent, fix-all solution. No. It is a step or a tool in staying healthy for the rest of your life. You must incorporate eating right and excersizing to truly lose the weight and keep it off. No way around it.

what are good foods to eat if ur on a cheerleading diet?

I’m a cheerleader and all the cheer leaders have to go on a diet, but my coach didn’t say on what diet’ so i need to know what might be some good foods to eat while on my diet. Smoothies , Recipes for diets any thing would help!:)

What is the best exercise and diet to lose 33 pounds in 15 weeks?

I am 5’2 and 153 pounds.
Before my first child I weighed 100 pounds and after I weighed 137 pounds and was able to shed off the weight to 113 pounds, which was before my second child. Now after my second child I weigh 153 pounds and can’t seem to shed off the pounds. I am wondering what would be the best way that would actually work to lose weight. I tried insanity with healthy eating but I didn’t see any difference and in fact my legs had just looked bigger with muscle. I do not want to look muscular or too toned. Just look like a healthy weight. I miss my body terribly, and my 2nd child is already going to be 4 months old. It took 6 months with my first to lose the 24 pounds, so I know it is definitely possible. If you have any suggestions on what I could do to lose the weight it would be greatly appreciated. I am currently eating healthy and I am also a vegetarian.

run every day for one hour and dont eat sugars or starches. Starches are like bread pasta and stuff and only eat protien through out the day drink alot of water and take some green tea pills that i guarantee u will make you lose like 50 lbs in two months my friend did this he looked like shit everyday through the program but hey it worked he went from being 230 lbs to 150 lbs in like two months. Insane people i would say but hey u want a crzy diet

What’s the best supplemental weight loss pill to go with a diet and exercise plan?

I’m going on a diet and will be doing an exercise plan along with my diet. Has anyone had success with a certain weight loss pill like Hydroxycut or something? I’m just looking for something that is supplemental because my main plan is diet and exercise but I’m looking for something that will give me another little boost. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You don’t need diet pill as long as you exercise daily. Exercise alone will make you lose weight.

What weight loss pills have you used and which do you recommend, if any?

I am a middle aged female and am looking to lose those stubborn extra pounds in my tummy area.

I have used some weight loss pills int he past with some success. I am looking to try one of these products on the market today but there are so many! Help me out with your experiences, if possible. Not looking for opinions, just facts. Thanks!

** You should try drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories at every meal. Weight loss pills are not very safe, at least water is safe. I know it may be hard at first to drink water, but you can add more and more everyday until it becomes easier, ( you will get used to it. I lost 50 pounds in three years and kept them off , I also walk for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. Patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than too fast (not healthy for your body) Well good luck too you, hope this helps.

P.S. I also think that the younger you are the faster you will lose weight, 50 years and up will take longer
