How can I get more fruit and Veg into my meals?

Hi, i dont like most fruit and i dont like most veg, sometimes ill when i feel like eating vegetables ill eat them but other times i dont. As im going into the new year i want to change my eating habits for the better. But i know fruit and veg play an important part in this. I dont mind vegetables mixed in with meals but i dont like them on there own.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get them into my diet, and recipes or suggestions welcome. ?

Try drinking V8 or V8 Splash(I like this better). It contains a lot of vitamins. Also have some salads if you like those, you can put fruit in them too and have a dressing you like to cover some of the taste. You can also take Juice Plus supplements, they contain whole foods either in a pill form or "gummy candy" form. They are easy to take and have a lot of nutrients in them.

Actually, there are a lot of them on youtube. People post tapes as more than one video. Sometimes they join them together in the form of a playlist.

How is it possible that I lost 10 pounds in 7 days without dieting and minimal exercise?

Last week on an accurate scale I weighed 145. Today, I weighed myself at the same time as last week, using the same scale and I weighed 135. I haven’t been dieting. I go to the gym 2 a week and all I do is 30 minutes of cardio and some weightlifting. Should I be concerned about a possible health issue?

See a doctor. Gaining or losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time could mean a thyroid problem.

I’m a cheerleader and all the cheer leaders have to go on a diet, but my coach didn’t say on what diet’ so i need to know what might be some good foods to eat while on my diet. Smoothies , Recipes for diets any thing would help!:)

Why should apple cider vinegar be taken before a meal for weight loss?

I’m considering using apple cider vinegar for weight loss. I know that there is a lot of speculation about it, but it is cheap so i am willing to try it.

Is there a reason I should take it before a meal?
Also, I’m very fat. Can taking more than 5tsp/day as opposed to 3tsp/day provide additional benefits?

Please tell me if you’ve tried it and if you’ve tried any other succesful weight loss supplements.

i tried it before,but,it’s not so powerful to loss my weight,then i use yoga for weight loss,it’s a long time work,but luckly,i did that.

How do fat grams affect a diet revolving around cutting calories?

I am currently on a diet watching what I am eating, have about halved my calorie intake, but how does fat grams affect calories and weight loss?

Fats also slow you down when you exercise, whereas leaner proteins and carbs give you energy. You’ll probably end up burning more calories during your workouts if you avoid eating a lot of fat.

That’s not to say that fat is all bad. Olive oil, avocado, and lowfat dairy are good fats that can help keep you feeling full during your diet. Just make sure to consume in moderation 😉

What are some diet pills that work without diet or exercise?

What are some diet pills where I can lose about 10-15 lbs a week that dont require a lot of exercise or diets?

No diet pill is safe because diets are not healthy. Just eat right, exercise and don’t be lazy about it. If you lose 15 pounds for the week you need it and eat the same crap you always eat the week after, you will put it back on. What’s the use of that? Make it a health issue not just a "look good for now" issue.

Would you buy a meal plan if you did not have to?

Also anybody know of there’s a way to het out of buying a meal plan?

I’m not getting a meal plan, most freshmen have to get meal plans. I can see some logic in freshmen having to get a meal plan because it is convenient and you are adjusting to college. Some schools now are requiring EVERYONE that lives on campus to buy a meal plan. That is money right there, no questions about that. I am living off campus this year so I will not be getting a meal plan because it is a lot cheaper to cook on my own. Not to mention there is a lot more freedom and privacy off campus.

Ive decided to start a weight loss journey, im planning on running 2 miles everyday, how do I keep doing this because I used to give up a lot when doing this previously.

I need to know how to lose weight without looking I am dieting or anything. My mom won’t let me lose any weight but I think I need to lose some weight. The thing is I don’t want her to know I am dieting, so what is a good way to diet without her noting it?

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight.
