How to make green coffee bean weight loss work?

February 18th, 2013 1 comment

I’ve heard all this hype about the pure green coffee bean capsules for weight loss. I recently purchased a bottle, with 90 capsules (400mg each capsule) and it contains 45% Chlorogenic Acid. It says to take 2 capsules at a time 30 minutes before a meal as many times a day. So, my question is, how does this work? I’ve heard amazing results from it, but I want to know if its something you need to exercise with. I know exercise will help speed up the process, but even if I didn’t exercise would this pill still work, or does it ONLY work when you’re working out?

There is some great power that has been discovered using green coffee weight loss especially in America. With a lot of misinformation in this modern world, it is becoming more essential for people to take responsibility of their health through getting the right information. Weight loss is no different, it to has been crowded with people claiming they can make you lose instantly but all in the wrong ways. The solution thus lies in making sure that every weight loss program you indulge in is healthy and will leave you with no medical complications. Such include green coffee consumption.

The green coffee power

Green coffee can be found in many forms. Some people consume it as a herb put naturally in coffee, others in extracts, while to some, they get the green coffee in diet pills. Discovered by Chinese in the ancient period, the green tea was used for both its medical and herbal benefits. One of the major benefits in regard to weight loss is its ability to speed the body’s metabolic system. This will obviously result in cutting weight as the body burns the excess calories in the system. The other health benefit is that it will clear up the waste materials in the body and prevent their accumulation.
The green coffee is known to contain EGCG a very popular and common ingredient that is found in many diet pills.

Is there anyway I can avoid the meal plan at University of Virginia?

February 16th, 2013 1 comment

I’m not interested in, and have no intention of paying for, the meal plan for any of the four undergraduate years at University of Virginia. Is there anyway that I can avoid it for all four years?

It looks to me as if you can avoid it after your first year. During your first year, though, it appears to be required. Which means that unless you can provide medical or possibly religious documentation to the effect that your dietary needs cannot possibly be met by the dining services people — and that’s going to be hard, because I’ve heard of some pretty complicated medical needs being managed by dining services on university campuses — you’re stuck. You only need to pay for 13 meals a week for your first semester and 10 for your second.

Trying to find a suitable diet / recipes for Irritable Bowl Syndrome suffers.

It depends on the sufferers – everyone is different. Some are feeling better on the FODMAP diet, others favor the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, or exclude dairy and gluten and reduce fat. It’s a personal experience. It takes years of trial and error or a tool like Aurametrix to find out much faster which foods and recipes work best, and what the right amount is.

Sample recipes that would likely be safe for most people:

Low-garlic lemon chicken or ginger chicken
Low-sugar dairy-free sweet potatoes
Rice with fresh herbs
Dairy-Free low-sugar gingerbread cake
Peppermint tea

Does the south beach diet recipes book work?

January 29th, 2013 1 comment

I’m thinking of buying it… but I want to make sure it works because I’ve tried lots of other diet books an they didn’t really help.

i have just started this diet i have lost 3lbs in 2 days, which compared to other diets is quite alot, it says in the book that if you gain weight around your midrift the most, then this is the best kind of diet for you, because those are the people that loose weight fastest.

i thought it was a good idea to do this as, because like everyone, i wanted a quick fix and this seems like the answer haha but i also noticed that it eases you back into a healthy eating plan, which is good for me, i eat relatively healthy anyway, i just put weight on over christmas and because i am in a new relationship and eat out alot, also i have a major chocolate habbit haha

but im hoping this will work, you can download the book on the internet if you are worried about it being another fad diet that way you wont have wasted money, you can download it from any torrent site, type south beach diet torrent…. thats how i got the book.

and the majority of meals are lovely and tastey aswell

i always find aswell if im craving something to just have a taster of it, because if i just have a cube of chocolate as soon as i fancy it, i wont end up eating an entire bar after stopping myself for two days haha

i hope this helps, i cant believe nobody else replyed???

What do you think about weight loss pills?

January 19th, 2013 7 comments

Who is for and who is against weight loss pills? I`m doing some sort of a survey among you people so I can decide whether I will take some weight loss pills in order to lose almost 30 pounds or not. If you don`t agree to weight loss drugs, what else besides eating vegetables do you suggest?

Hello! I don`t agree to weight loss pills. I believe you must lose weight the same way you gained weight.. The best way to lose weight is the healthy way. Just keep your calorie intake under control and things will work out great! I work a lot so I use an online diet and workout planner to count my calories. There`s a good one at http://www.projectweightloss.com/, and it’s free. in case you`re interested in losing weight the “usual” way, that’s a great choice. In my opinion, this is the safest and healthiest way to stay in shape.

Can you get a flat stomach with dieting alone?

January 11th, 2013 10 comments

If you keep dieting, will you get a flat stomach eventually or do you absolutely NEED to exercise?

Most people have a layer of fat over their abdominal muscles and this is why they don’t see them. Diet is probably around 80% but exercise is important too. Swiss ball exercises will strengthen your core muscles which support your internal organs and posture. Sit ups or other ab exercises will improve the look of your stomach muscles once you uncover them. A mixture of cardio and resistance training will help you do this more quickly. Train the big muscles like the legs, chest and back to burn most calories as this will burn fat from the stomach area too. Spot training won’t work. Hope this helps.

How come some Africans can get very old on a poor diet?

January 11th, 2013 4 comments

We keep hearing about these healthy diets and that you have to consume enough vitamins and stuff everyday but how come some people in Africa are able to become well in their 70s without a varied diet (usually relying only on grains, milk and meat). Lacking fruits, vegetables and fiber.

Every time I go on an extreme healthy eating programme I can never drop a dress size. I’m tall and about a size 16. I lost 2 and a half stone before and I just fitted into a size 16 better. I’m frustrated over this, as I hear of people dropping 3 dress sizes from losing 2 stone and stuff.

Hi,

Eating a healthy diet is the key importance to your weight loss success. The same can be said for a regular exercise program. You need to be optimistic!

What is the best weight loss diet out there?

December 30th, 2012 4 comments

I’ve tried some fast weight loss programs but haven’t found the one I need yet. I have even tried weight loss pills. Please help me!

The reason you haven’t found a fast weight loss program that really works is because it doesn’t exist.

Weight loss (or weight control) is really about making long-term changes to your lifestyle. This means the food you eat, the amount and type of exercise you do, your mindset about yourself/your weight and your stress levels.

The problem most people make is they bounce between different fad diets, losing weight and then putting it all back on again. Understanding how habits are formed and how to integrate new healthy habits into your life would solve this problem.

The reason you don’t hear about these long-term solutions is because the weight loss industry is a billion dollar industry that makes money by keeping you fat and selling you new fad diets every year. To break the cycle you must learn how to control your weight.

I’ve written a free report on this whole topic that explains this in more detail, and provides you with some easy solutions. You can get a free copy at http://www.weight-loss-club.org

Best of luck!
