    I’m as tall as you …
    I’m as tall as you and weigh as much as you do, but my body is sooo fatty and I’d like a tighter and firmer body.. and I just started working out last week and eating healthier, I still haven’t stopped eating junkfood but I’ve? been cutting it down slowely. Next week I’ll cut down on the junkfood TOTALLY and only eat it once a week. I just wanted to say that you’re my inspiration, my goal is to get the same body as yours. God bless you 🙂

    Hey! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you considered Kinovelax? Diet Plan? I have heard several great things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

    Question where yu always a runner or was it something gradual that you had to get used to and train to do.. I have been running on the treadmill and its how I lost 30llbs and i tried outdoor running a whew! BIG DIFFERENCE lol could be because I run up huge hills and? down hills lol I know its good for me but it freakin sucks I get soo bored and tired. How did you prepare yourself and build your stamina with your running?
