    but now i wanna get riped, i have to much body fatt. Nah… to much? a little bit to much, just my muscles cant be seen or some times u can see them a little.

    And now,? when I am hungry I take a few cookies or chips.

    I have a pressing question! That is it okay to go for a run/jog before bedtime, or does that disturb my sleeping pattern? Since, I have not? worked out today but have ample time tomorrow, should I push my self to do night time cardio or wait until the morning? By the way, I’m in shape, 18 and think Scooby is as cool as the other side? of the pillow!

    Sure anyone can, some people more then? others but everyone can build muscle. I have a thin frame as well but I have built quite a bit of muscle over the last few years working out, I was at 7% body fat this last summer and I could sustain muscle just fine with a good diet.

    Scooby would say that a good diet should be? balanced. If you can’t stick with all healthy foods (strict BB nutrition) you should go for substitutions of unhealthy things instead of trying to completely change. Also, you should be eating brown rice not white and on one week off one week will have very minimal gain.

    the chicken I think is fine that’s going to give you your lean protein as for the white rice I would try and stay away from that seeing as how it is a simple carb and it will spike your insulin level telling your body to store? fat instead go with brown rice its a complex carb and your body burns it more efficiently also it would be a great idea to throw a vegetable it there to broccoli for instance, I hope this helps.
