Can a 15 year old take weight loss formula and pills?
I am 15 1/2 boy and am overweight i weight about 80 Kg’s and wanna get to 60 by dec. I have this weight loss stuff. I just wanna kno if its safe to take? Not ganna affect reproductive systems or stunt growth etc? Thanks. And i know tht you have to diet and excercise alot with it too work.

Don’t take it that’s terrible how you managed to get that it damages grown ups let a lone a child. Change your diet and lifestyle. Walk that extra bit find fun sports activities to do. Start to feel good about yourself look inside yourself as to why and how you became so overweight there is no quick fix`s in this life you have to work at them but do start now that’s good you realise its much easier for you to change now than in 10 years time.

Taking weight loss pills are not advisable as those pills have some or other health effects.
Always the natural way of weight loss is preferred though it is a much slow process. Concentrate on your diet and don’t allow your carvings to overpower you. Do some exercise regularly..
