How does weight loss occur if I eat more calories than I burn?
I just don’t understand how its possible for me to lose weight on my 1700 calorie a day diet if I can’t accomplish to burn as much calories on my workouts. Wouldn’t I gain weight if I don’t eat less than I burn? They say your are constantly burning calories but how much? Does anyone understand the concept of weight loss
You have a high BMR. You burn calories during exercise, and you burn calories when you are sitting down and watching television. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest.

Hi Friend, I made a similar comment to a young girl who wanted to loose weight and didn’t want to change here diet. Well, I have the answer. This is an all natural herbal pill with the main component coming for an African plant. The plant will curve your eating by fooling your brain that you are full.
I found it and it is on this weight loss site. Look at the top middle for the link.
