    You are so right about the goals. BMI does not take into account that people have different body compositions. Some people have more muscle than fat and their BMI will reflect that poorly, but it is the fat composition? of the body that can harm our health.

    Great and informative video!!! Did you add drink mixes like Crystal Light to your water? I don’t drink soda, but I’m trying to let go of the juice slowly? and drink more water. Also, what were some of the things you ate when you wanted something sweet to eat?
