Is there any easy weight loss that does not involved work out?

November 20th, 2012 Leave a comment Go to comments

I know work out is good for weight loss but I am a lazy person that do not like to move a lot.Is there any food, drink or pills that can help me out of this?I am very sad for my weight now.(158Kg)

Well….I couldn’t agree that a healthy weight loss does not involved without workout.
By the way, here’s some way that to those who does not have time or lazy to workout.
There simple method:
1)Try some coffee.Coffee is a good stuff for dieters.1-2cup a day would be enought and not too much it might harm your health.
2)Sleep early.Sleeping on time is a must for dieters.Sleeping time not accurately would cause a harmful weight problems to you.
3)Move abit after everymeal.I highly recommended you guys move at least 5-10min after every meal. Those who are overweight problems probably have a long sitting time on chair. So avoid these mistakes.

By the way,for my passed experience workout with combine taking neutral diet pills(Zotrim) and take healthy meal would be a great option for dieters.(Don’t try to skip meals it might cause more weight to you)

There is too much to say here…
Try visit http://zotrim.myweightsolution.info for more reliable information.

Wish you have a great success with your weight loss.

Short answer: yes. Not so sure about the easy, though. I have a friend on Alli but basically it’s non-stop diarrhea and personally I don’t think that it would be worth doing that.

Try the half-portion diet. Load up your plate with whatever you’d normally eat. Then eat half. Just throw the other half away. Don’t just put half on your plate. There’s a real sense of accomplishment by throwing the other half away. You’ll be hungry the first few days or more but you’ll get used to it.

yes! there is! only workout you will need to do will be walking for ~40 minutes! try to walk FAST!!!
of course more you walk – more you will lose fat!!
and of course – better is to run but with your 158kg better is to walk!

if you REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT and FAT then you should remember and do this:

    EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS

    1) if you dont have then buy scales!!! that is the first thing to do!!

    2) run every 2 days for at least ~30 minutes or/and walk every day at least 5 km!

    3) L-Carnitine!!!

L-Carnitine is a nutrient that helps the body turn fat into energy. It is produced by the body in the liver and kidneys and stored in the skeletal muscles, heart, brain, and sperm. Usually, the body can make all the carnitine it needs. Some people, however, may be deficient in carnitine because their bodies cannot make enough carnitine or transport it into tissues so it can be used. Some other conditions, such as angina or intermittent claudication, can also cause insufficient carnitine in the body, as can some medications.L-Carnitine is made in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It increases the use of fat as an energy source by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are ‘burned’ to release energy for body functions. It is available in several different forms including propionyl-L-carnitine and acetyl-L-carnitine. Propionyl-L-carnitine, through its enhancement of metabolism has been proven to prevent ischemia-induced heart dysfunction, and acetyl-L-carnitine has been suggested to delay the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. L-carnitine is found naturally in avocados, breast milk, dairy products, red meats (namely lamb and beef), and tempeh (fermented soybean product).

L-carnitine should be taken one hour before you will exercis! (Also you can take L-carnitine with meals or 1 to 1-1/2 hours after meals!)

L-Carnitine boosts energy by stimulating the body’s burning of tryglycerides as fuel, and sparing the supply of glycogen stored in the liver for heavier exertion. During exercise, the body will burn fat at a rate of 75-80% of maximum exertion, thus less glycogen from carbohydrates is burned. L-carnitine
allows the body to burn more fat, save more glycogen, and ultimately boost stamina and endurance. By providing more fat to the muscles, carnitine makes accessible an otherwise unavailable energy source.

    FAT + OXYGEN + L-CARNITINE = ENERGY

    5) you MUST change your diet!! start to use products with less fat, less carbohydrates! start count your calories! do not eat more than ~2000 per day and if you feel that you can reduce this number then do it!

because if you will use L-Carnitine – you will get calories from your body fat too!! so bettre is to eat 2kg fruits then 1 cheesburger…
and drink more and more water!! REMEMBER – NO rice, NO pasta, NO pork, NO mayonnaise, NO sweets, NO candies, NO alcohol!!!!!
    MORE fruits, vegetables!!!

    6) also you should use some fat-burner! I had tried many of them but only one worked for me as fast as I wanted to! it was LIpo-6! I lost ~80 pounds in 3 months! No starvation!! only LESS CALORIES + Lipo-6 + L-Carnitine + EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) = SUCCESS!!!

I do not know if any store carry Lipo-6 but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.healthbuy.com/product/overview/lipo6_weight_loss/?aid=749165

It worked for me and my wife!

and this method is working for my friends too!!

just try it and I guarantee you 100% that you will lose wight!!!

    good luck!!!

Sometimes I think people make it out to be more difficult than it is.

    Eat a raw food diet!

There is absolutely no calorie counting while eating this way. And, it is a long term solution and it is healthy. Oh yeah, and it is easy. No stoves or ovens. Just a blender, maybe a juicer, and food processor.

It is simple, and tastes way better than anything else.

The more raw you can do in a day, the better off you are.

    Good luck.

Here are some basic lose weight tips that can be successfully followed whenever and wherever:

    1. Do not skip meals. Doing this forces the body to slow down its metabolism so it can attempt to conserve any calories during a period of time where there is a limited level of fuel and fats. Always remember, eating always increases your body’s metabolism.
    2. You can combine one teaspoon of Dijon mustard and low fat yogurt to create a delicious low fat mayonnaise.
    3. You can stuff vegetables such as zucchini and capsicum with some minced chicken or flavored fillings, fish or white. These are all healthy ingredients that contain a low amount of fats.
    4. Take some pita bread wraps or roll ups with a salad filling for a healthy meal or snack.
    5. Eight hours or so, after we wake up, our metabolic rate starts to slow down. This is one reason why half an hour of exercise, before dinner time, can increase your the metabolism for up to two or three hours. All of this produces a very increased amount of burned fat hours after you workout is finished.

    6. Add some mung beans or alfalfa to a salad for some extra iron for your body.
    7. Healthy eating and good cooking all starts with teaching yourself about good nutrition, that and how to properly prepare a healthy recipe.
    8. You should learn how to properly make all of your favorite recipes without the fats, sugars, and salts. Us a non-fat yogurt instead of cream, and stir-fry without any oils, using spices and herbs to add taste, rather than salt.

My dear, just understand that this weight didn’t accumulate overnight, so you have to give it some time to go away. Also know that the quicker you lose the weight, the quicker and more likely you will be to regain it. I understand that you don’t like to exercise, but most of the weight loss success that are long term and over 50 kg (110 lb), were paired with walking an hour everyday. You can’t start walking an hour everyday right away, you will hurt yourself. You have to build it up slowly. And if you don’t want to walk outside, just walk in place while watching your favorite shows on TV (tele).

As for what you should eat, please do not think “diet”, as this implies a short term commitment for most people. Think about it as changing your eating habits; the same ones that made you accumulate this extra weight. To give you a quick start I would suggest that you only eat fruits, vegetables, fish and seafood for a few weeks. This will be very helpful. No fruit juice, no dried fruits, no potatoes, no pasta, no rice, no read meat, no fried foods, no gravy, no cheese; just fruits, vegetables and fish. You can vary the cooking methods and seasoning for variety; stir fry, grilled, sautéed, soups, stews or raw. Eat only when you’re hungry. You will feel satisfied and full and you will not need to eat as much as you did before. Other tips: don’t eat for three hours before bedtime, drink 1.5 liters of water a day (6 cups), eat every three hours, eat slowly and make sure to take some vitamin D and calcium supplements to make up for the lack of dairy products.

Find new ways to prepare food and have fun with it! If you can’t do it alone, you may benefit from a consultation with a registered dietitian. Please don’t go for quacks, pills or any diet that may sound weird…your physical and metal health are too precious. If you are ready to do it now, DO IT! If you don’t do it now you will go through this process over and over again, it will not go away by magic. Do it the right way and you will be so proud of yourself. You will then be a success story and be able to help others who are in this situation.

Do it now and good luck!

The common sense answer is this: Eat less fatty and fast foods and start a diet of poultry, fish, fruits and vegatables. You will see the pounds fall off. The problem with this diet is the same as many others some…most people find it difficult to stay on.
There is a compound that will help you with the weight loss call resveratrol. Resveratrol will not only help you lose weight it will increase your metabolism, increase your endurance, decrease your carbohydrate utilization and give you a feeling of general good health.

wow when i saw this question i laughed (sorry)
I know there are ways that may seem like they work but come on if you are that determined to loose weight than you have to workout. And no, this is not coming from a skinny person who has never been overweight. Most people do make it seem harder than it is. All you need to do is eat less (try cutting about 500 calories at first) and workout more. YES! workout!
you can also try eating about 5-6 small meals throughout the day. this will keep you from starving. There is no magical pill that allows you to sit around all day and loose weight and especially not one that will keep the weight off after your done.
