    What young girls …
    What young girls often don’t understand is that “health” doesn’t solely rely on calories. When I was in high school, I ate like this… fiber? one bars, low calorie cereals etc… 1400 calories a day. Since I started college 4 years ago I eat over 2000 calories of REAL food and I weigh less, have a lower body fat percentage and am all around healthier. The QUALITY of the food is what matters. Not the QUANTITY of the calories. You’re entitled to your opinion for sure, but I’m entitled to disagree

    It’s not “mean” nor is it a personal attack. She’s a really great youtuber. I’m just disagreeing with her choice to call these foods healthy, and warning teenage girls that will take this as legitimate advice on how to eat right. I can tell you as someone in college studying nutrition that these are not in anyway “heathy” foods. REAL food? is healthy. If it comes in a box, it’s most likely not at all healthy.

    I understand, but …
    I understand, but there are always 1 million reasons not to do? something. I’m a full time college student with a job, and bills etc etc. I’m a lot busier than the average high school student, I still do it… and there are millions of people busier than me that still do it. I don’t “have” time… but I MAKE time to make my own food and to go to crossfit. I agree it’s better than McDonalds. But it can’t be written off as “healthy” either.

    A lot of people don’t have time for making things at home though, I know I definitely don’t. Yea, there’s still a lot of processed foods and carbs on the list but having school during the day and homework at night, there probably isn’t time to make homemade bars, or a salad. At? least going to the grocery store is better than going to McDonalds.

    yea i? have? tried writing what i eat but it dont work for me since i am a self concious eater and am not a ware i am eating

    plus i am Jewish and love humus and u noe what is sooo yummy with humus veggies u dip raw veggies in it like carrots and it is sooooooooo yummy

    You should buy 20g …
    You should buy 20g clif protein “builders” bars and? then eat them right after you workout to keep you full plus right after you workout is when your body really wants protein and absorbs the most and the protein helps build muscle and the more muscle you have will help but calories even when your not really doing anything:)
