    I’m not 100% sure but I know that the fiber on apple peals is good for a healthy diet because it maintains your digestive system (believe it or not that is important when trying to lose weight).

    I’ve heard great things about avocado and blueberries with skin care.

    Keep in mind that you need fruits and vegetables but fruits contain a lot of natural sugar which isn’t bad for you, but don’t expect to lose weight by eating just fruits.

    Also, although it’s not a fruit, walnuts are good for you and your skin. And they help to keep you full longer.

    I look up more info online as well. Dr. Oz’s webpage can be very helpful with diets!
