what cleanse should i do to just start my weight loss?

I want to do a cleanse to jump start my weight loss and i wanted some suggestions. I really lack discipline and that is why i never stay on a weight loss program. I want a cleanse to help me to jump start a lifestyle change. I’ve heard about the master cleanse/lemonade diet. I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions. I am not starting a cleanse to just lose weight for a specific event, i want it to be a precursor to a lifestyle change.

The basics of weight loss are not as complicated as people make it out to be. You need to simply change your diet to healthy whole foods, fruits and veggies and get plenty of exercise.

    There is the colon detox diet. Its basically a drink that u can make. It takes water, lemon juice, grade B maple syrup, and cayanne peper. Its good and all u do is drink this for 10 days (only) and u will cleanse ur body for a good 20 pounds at least! Its really gd! Try it I used it as a head start!

    There are lots of possible products you can choose to cleanse/ detox if you want to start a basic style drink more water and lemon, eat raw fruit and vegetables regularly and cut out alcohol.

    If you are looking for something a little bit more thorough you can a detox pill like acai berry which will remove the harmful toxins in your body but if you want to take it to the next level there are products like a colon cleanse by blessed herbs, they work really well and are a great alternative

    The Master Cleanse is a really great program – especially if it’s something you’re looking to do as part of a healthy diet (not just for quick weight loss). It’s quick and simple, so it’s easy to stick with (especially if you’re like me and have trouble sticking to anything for more than a few weeks!). I’d totally recommend trying it 🙂

    For free and natural way to do the cleanse you can always try to performing detox the colon every morning like i do it.
    Make sure you eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and drink plenty of water as this can make smooth the detoxing colon more easy.
