What commercial weight loss programs are vegan?

I lost 90 pounds on a "whole plant based diet" (healthy vegan), but want help in losing another 60 pounds. Are there any commercial weight loss programs that are "vegan" in nature?

Gina Kolata describes the abysmal record of the most popular programs including Weight Watchers, Atkins, and medically supervised calorie restricted diets. Her deep research indicated that the vast majority of people fail to maintain much weight loss over a period of a few years.

What commercial programs are available to vegans?

Commercial diet programs sometimes rely on pre-packaged foods. They are not commonly associated with whole foods or with plant-based foods.

Congratulations on your 90-pound weight loss! Most likely, you are now feeling much more energetic and exercising more each day. Since you have been so successful, and you have been eating plant-based whole foods, you must have been doing much of your own cooking.

If you eat dead animals, I am telling you that no weight loss method eating dead carcass is going to work

your research should also tell you that massive weight loss, no matter what program, is one of the hardest things to maintain and keep off.
The fact is, no matter what we eat, we do not get the same kind of activity that our ancestors did and we still crave and eat the same amounts of calories they ate.
You would be appalled if you suddenly had to grow ALL your own veggies by hand and walk everywhere or ride a bike to go anywhere, no electricity to make things easier, all house work done by hand.
You can bet all us over weight folks would have no problem keep it off if life suddenly went back in time.
More calories into your body than you burn, and you will gain weight.
Burn more than you take in, and you lose it.
Makes no difference if you are eating roots, nuts, seeds and berries or cheeseburgers.
