What is the best way to judge a weight loss competition?

I am starting a weight loss competition between friends and need to know the best way to decide the winner since all of us have a different amount of weight we wish to lose.

There are different ways you can judge this competition.
For instance, you can all give an amount of weight you need to lose (your goal weight) it could be 10lbs, 20LBS, 30lbs, in a certain period of time.
whoever loses the more % of weight and is able to reach the desired goal (or pass it) is the winner.

Another way is, since all of you guys are going for weight loss, you can check the body fat % lost and decide the winner according to who lost the most body fat %.

You can also have 2 prices according to the two guidelines stated above.

    use a standard scale you can purchase with electronic body fat calculation. It is a myth that weight loss is pure weight number reducing. Measuring it electronically, the percent of body fat lost will give everyone the best determination of how much "unwanted weight" was lost. Muscle weighs more than fat, so some will lose fat and gain muscle through exercise, therefore possibly, gaining weight, while losing unwanted fatty weight.     whoever loses the most amount of weight
    or whoever’s bmi has gone down the most
    check the difference between original and after bmi 😀
    or erm,, waist inch, thighs etc,
    whoever does the most exercise

    You could do several different awards such as fastest to get to their goal weight, most pounds lost, most supportive, etc. Try to do something for everyone, and maybe one "main" award. You could even do an award later on for being able to stay on their diet/exercise regimen or keeping the weight off.
