When does weight loss start to become noticeable on a 500 calorie or less diet?
I know it’s bad. I have even seen a nutritionist about the dangers of it. But I am 5’4 and 115 pounds. I know it’s not over weight but it’s a little pudgy and the place I work at requires me to be very thin I know sucks :/ anyways can you please tell me when the weight loss will start to become noticeable? So I don’t feel so bad?

You should eat more calories and just try exercising/ running. It should be easy to loose a few lbs with just a little exersice a day. When you dont eat enough your metabolism does not kick in which in turn you will not loose weight.

Im doing a similar diet. I’m guessing around 1.5 pounds per week. I know u should see results fast,
if you stick to it. Eat something very small for breakfast to start your metabolism like a cup of juice or a low carb. granola bar…etc. Let me know how it goes for you.
